If you’re new to yoga or getting back on your mat after a long break, this session is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident as you begin.
During our time together, we’ll spend approximately 45 minutes exploring basic postures, helpful modifications, and breathing techniques used in both heated and non-heated classes. Afterward, we’ll talk through your goals and determine which classes will best support you.
